Growing up on the South Shore of Long Island and raising her family in Nassau County, Nancy has a strong connection to the local community. She has sold homes throughout Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties, from the vibrant neighborhoods of Queens to the serene spaces of Oakdale. Her deep knowledge of the area and its diverse offerings allows her to provide her clients with tailored recommendations and solutions.

Nancy Oxios is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Architecture. Her education and background in design and architecture give her a keen eye for potential and an appreciation for well-designed spaces.

Outside of real estate, Nancy is a proud wife to a retired Air Force veteran and mother to a son who serves as a police officer and a daughter who is a talented tattoo artist.
